Order Processing

“All is Fair” has now evolved into a movement. There are over 470,000 fans on our Facebook page, many of whom are ordering from this site.

Processing and shipment times can vary (extended or shortened) based on the demand of a particular item

Shipping

Please allow up to  7 – 14 business days for your order to be shipped due to demand. All orders are shipped from Louisville, Kentucky. All products are shipped priority via USPS. This typically takes 2 to 4 days to be delivered.

Shipping outside the United States is available at an additional cost determined by location.

Expedited Processing & Shipping

Please contact us if you have an event or special occasion that requires expedited processing and shipping. To expedite an item is an additional cost that will need to be sent separately via Square invoice .

Return Policy

While our goal is to meet the needs of all ladies that shop our site, we understand that it is an impossible task.

If you are not satisfied with your order, we will be happy to issue a refund or store credit. You will also be able to do two (2) exchanges.

Items must be returned in the original condition and within 7 days of receiving the item.

Allow 7-10 business days for refunds to process.

NO REFUNDS are given for orders placed between October 15 and February 28th due to high fraud alerts. During this time, we will only accept exchanges.

Pre-order items cannot be cancelled once ordered. Preorders can take up to 3 months. No refund will be issued, you will receive a store credit.

Sale Items

All sales are final on sale items.
